Grand Hotel Bonanno

We arrived at 1.30am due to a delayed flight and we were met with a very friendly and competent staff member at front of house - he was kind, efficient and swift in checking us in. The room was a good size, well air-conditioned, with a large comfy bed and a modern/clean bathroom. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, with manu options. Check out was at the reasonable time of 11am, which we appreciate. Plus, the hotel was under five minutes on foot to Pisa San Rossore station. A very good stop over hotel for exploring the local area

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was good size, with a comfortable queen sized bed, good shower and very clean. We could hear the two women in the room next to us talking, but it was only in the early evening. My impression was that if the noise had continued, the front desk staff would have helped resolve it. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was good overall.

I absolutely loved everything about this Hotel, and Pisa in general. It was the most wonderful experience and I cannot wait to return! Everything about this Hotel was perfect. Staff were very Professional and kind. The room was spacious and very clean. As a vegan, I found a lot of healthy options for the Breakfast, and one cute waiter was very kind to make my vegan coffee every morning. I felt very comfortable and welcomed in this Hotel. The location is also great as it is very close to the best attractions at walking distance, and I felt very safe as a solo traveller in this beautiful City, everyone is very friendly. I slept very well in this room and enjoyed the beautiful view from my window as well. The price I paid was very good value for money, as I went in January and this is low season, and I also totally recommend to go during this Season. Quality is great and I highly recommend!

cozy room hotel with very fluffy matress on the bed.the cabin shower is kind of a smaller for a 90kilo tourist,need to be wiser to take a good and clean wash. tipical Italy style when we're talking about space inside the bathroom.furniture is kind of "old school" ,even the fridge is starting to be rusted.for 4stars ,you gotta be kidding,right? the only good thing was the breakfast, sweedish ,i mean selfservice with variety of food for all kind of taste.stronger recommended but don't expected to be like in pictures on booking.

The staff was very - very friendly the breafast was very good,with various of options. The hotel was very clean and in good location. We really enjoyed our stay !
